Final Fantasy XIV 2.0 will NOT fail. That's because they know what the f*ck they're doing.
To add this: Of course they're gonna add more content. Didn't you see the plans they have until 2.0?
We'll have more dungeons that might require 2-4 or 4-8 players, like we have now, so just sit on your chair and wait for it instead of whining for things they're gonna correct =)

I have been playing this game since Closed Beta; I started it the day CE hit a week before official release. I have been playing it ever since, no weeks or months off due to boredom, and there is still much for me to do.

Faction NM’s to kill

Mid Range NM’s to kill

Gathering classes to level

High Range NM’s to kill

Brotherhood of the Broken Blade to do

Primal Moogle to kill

Ifirit weapons to get

Moogle weapons to get

Class Quests to complete

Stronghold NM’s to Kill

Side Quest to complete

Azeymans Shield Factions to finish

Horn and Hand to do

Low Level Dungeon NM’s to kill

Abilities to unlock

Materia to make and meld

Fighting and Mage classes to level

Crafts to level

High Level Dungeon NM’s to kill

Places to explore

People to help

Linkshell event’s to do

All the camp’s and sites in the game to get Oh wait, I have all those... that is the LS event I have going to help others!

Getting EVERY achievement and crown in the game!!

In short… I have been playing a long time and I still have a lot that I can do, a lot that I can achieve. This game is NOT about two primal and that is it. I can see someone being upset (like Darkscorpion for example) because of low population and WANTING to do these things but having an issue finding the people to do it with.

But to say once you have killed the two primal you’re done is a very ignorant comment. There is a lot to do, and unless people have all of the above completed, every achievement and everything, people shouldn’t be whining about content.

For those that DO have every little last thing done and have every achievement, every crown and literally have not one class, faction, NM, quest etc to complete… well you can complain to your heart’s content and I’ll support ya! :D

Im pretty sure they have tons of plans for FFXIV and 2.0, however Im sure is not hard to have some type of OF HNM for now to feed the necessity of mass destruction of a NM from an LS.. for me 4-8 players content is casual and is very good as well, since there is small LSs and big LS, mainly you have to raise your voice because if no one would ever say their feelings for this game on the past, things may would never changed on this game right ? All I hope is that SE understand we all are not casual players and would like to have some content for more than 8+ players and maybe see most of my friends comeback. FYI im not asking for this to happen next week but for SE take this on consideration and as I repeat again is hard to find something to do alone and it may be boring.looking for a way to bring people back or fomenting the old players to pay for the game i not QQ. ( if i want to play solo then i would not bother with a MMORPG right ?)..

I don't care about payment, I don't care about numbers in servers dropping, but here's my two cents on something the OP did mention I agreed with.

I like to play on my own quite a lot, and I don't find the solo content too lacking, I play in a fairly large LS who fight ifrit and mog quite a lot, however, I also have 2-3 friends IRL who play, there is very little content for light partys of 2-4 people, in the end game.

At 25-30, Toto-Rak is great, its quite fun, you get some nice gear for that level and it's sometimes a bit more engaging than just doing leves or grinding.

TLDR: I'd like to see more content for smaller groups at lvls 45-50.

well with 1.21 comes the job system, a new primal, and i think they said 2 new dungeons. Don't think we could ask for anything sooner.

just look what Yoshi has done since he took over, it was slow going to start but getting content patches every 3 months while completely remaking the game makes it seem like they know what they are doing to me.
