That sucks to hear. I joke about wanting Coeurl to stay small and whatnot but I'm never serious. WHY exactly is it popular to hate on Balmung and its players? Why does OP care about Balmung server issues?

I am sick of people on other servers talking about Balmung. You cannot and will not tell us to move. You leave that to our server.

And I'm sick of all of the Balmung crying, whining and demanding special preferential treatment for a problem largely caused by it's own people.

Where? Even Mateus has apparently filled up. There are no houses available. I am also sitting on several million and can make gil hand over fist without much effort. Gil isn't an incentive for me. At least not to transfer off my server. I also did some research and many of those smaller servers have a paltry PvE community. Yes, I know it could grow if people joined, but I am not interested in building one. I'm just not. I like being apart of an existing large community with active hunters, raiders and casual players.

None of this even factors in the roleplay aspect, which I also fancy. While I wish Mateus well in establishing themselves, I already have friends and connections on Balmung.

Yes, because we are all one collective hivemind who just follow the whims of a select group of people. If it were so easy to convince people to do things, we wouldn't have the political fighting we do right now. People on Balmung don't want to leave. You whining about it isn't going to make us suddenly want to.

At this rate the next suggestion is going to be something like a massive ERP hunt to keep Balmung population in check... xD

Just have every balmung player complaining about queue times or incentives to Transfer not being high enough forcefully transfer to a low pop server. The problem would be resovled in a week
