Hmm , after reading this ,the need is great to create an alt on Mateus to help with the login queues .

The server "spoke" to them? You're kidding right? Please tell me they're joking. I liked balmung a lot while I was still on there but it never "spoke" to me. A poster above me is right, these houses aren't even that great IMO. They aren't terrible but they could be better. After reading that post, I was expecting to be blown away.

Anyway, like I said before this is EXACTLY WHY we advocate for one house per account.

Now, on the other hand, I can't really get mad at them. They aren't wrong. Nobody really wanted those houses before, so they took them. I wouldn't buy more than one house on my account out of principle (I had the chance too.)

EDIT: Now me not being mad at them doesn't mean I think what they're doing is ethical, it isn't at all and I don't support it one bit.

There's one more thing I want to add in regards to that gem.

You didn't own the server. SE does. People have every right to come here for whatever reason just like they did with Balmung. Your home? I'm a Faerie native. How would you like if I told you that you couldn't go to Faerie because it was my home?

Stop harassing unrelated people (on both Balmung and Mateus) that have anything with Moon (eg, "moonlight") in their name. I've seen it on Facebook and tumblr. That's not going to make you any more popular with the natives.

Absolutely.

I'm specifically mentioning this because I've seen two people harassed by people from Balmung today alone. The harassers know who they are and I know they can see this, I'm just not willing to name names.

Don't just pin this on the Balmung folks - its everyone. I just ran past someone in the housing ward with the search info "Balmung rejects go back home". Like let's just say "No harassment from anyone for any reason regarding this."

And the sad part is SE won't do a thing about this becasue they will say that they got them "fairly" Or not even implement some feature in the game that will allow people to only have one house per account, or be able to make alts tenants. I don't get it.
