I'm confused :confused: , maybe i was unclear, all i meant was that i should be able to get achivements without talking to different NPC:s :)

This patch looks epic.
I think it's their way to further have Hamlets and such be worth going to, prior to the Hamlet Defense feature. I know it bugs some people, but I always liked traveling to many different areas (more so now that I finally have a chocobo...). But I understand it'd be much easier for folks if it was all based in one area.
•[dev1249] The /random dice text command has been added which generates a random number between 0 and the designated value (up to 1000). Results will be displayed in a /say radius. Rolls will be between 0 and 100 when no value is designated.

I am generally happy with the coming changes, however, they are trying to sneak in many small tweaks that just make me wonder where they are going with that. Why are archer losing the accuracy bonus with distance? Why are thaumaturge AoE spells now circular instead of remaining cone-shaped? Why are protect and shell mutually exclusive?
Thank you very much for the big changes though, the Moogle Battle looks awesome (I really enjoy the music in the video!), the player search feature will greatly help parties, the reform in class abilities looks nice at first glance as well, etc. Also, there are some minor changes that I feel will add to the game greatly for some players, such as the ambient sound range being adjustable, three new emotes, display of gathering nodes on the mini map, etc.
