Lowest I can find is $40 which -includes- HW. Is there no standalone upgrade? I don't want Complete, standard or Collector's.
What, where and when can we expect a simple digital upgrade from heavensward to stormblood?

If I understand this correctly, the ONLY way to get the Amano art for Stormblood is to purchase the 199.99 edition in NA?

If so, unfortunate.

Will the digital collector's edition and Stormblood pre-order bonus be available to pre-order at Amazon?

Are Square-Enix and Steam going to collectively opt to set prices almost 50% above the conversion rate in certain countries that can't afford it? *cough* Brazil *cough*

I find it specially funny that when this issue escalates at Steam, they say it's your fault. So go ahead and say it is their fault, instead of at least asking nicely.

The outcry last time was horrendous. If they did it again this time at this much higher price point the fallout will be even worse. I honestly don't see why the Stormblood physical CE is even any more expensive than the Heavensward one. There seems to be about the same amount of physical content... SE seems to be really pushing their luck with their pricing lately.

It wasn't accurate for Heavensward either. They converted USD to GBP on a 1:1 ratio back then and there were thousands of posts on it yet we never ever got a response on the issue. Even when factoring in all applicable taxes the conversion made no sense.

It is a expansion not a upgrade to heavensword, you will have to purchase the expansion at full price.

I would like to buy the physical CE, but that price is way too high. I'll just get the digital version of it this time. I got the 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0 CE physical copies, but the 4.0 is WAY too expensive. I could buy another New 3DS for that price, and I had just ordered the Switch...

Standard edition is the stand alone "upgrade" from HW to SB

Standard edition = Stormblood expansion only (if you already have base (ARR) and heavensward)
Collector's edition = same as standard edition but with extra stuff
Complete edition = base game (ARR), heavensward, and stormblood bundled together.

The expansion by it self is $40
