OK, I have to ask: How, where and when can I pre-order or plain out buy the lore book?

I want it bad and I fear that I will miss out due to how little it will be advertised and, even worse, how obscure the place where to buy it will be.

The English version will be available from October 17th (or the 14/15th, for those attending FanFest). While it doesn't list a vendor, you can bet it'll be available from the Squenix store at the very least.
