Shots fired lol. Haven't run into you feels like in a few days Madara. Almost thought you gave up on feast. Its easy for healers to take the brunt of the abuse these days. Was in a match where a brd teammate had the unmitigated gall to try to blame our ast for a loss when the dude put out 90k dmg in a 8 minute match even though the opposing team had so many stacks of vulnerability that you would think its impossible to deal less than 100k. He was literally the only dps in the lobby with less than 160k dmg dealt and its the ast fault we lost? Gimme a break.

yea pvp has gotten out of control, i have seen ppl called things I haven't heard since T4 was a thing but it sure is funny

Well don't you sound like a pleasent little gumdrop.

Was this the same healer that was raging the entire battle. I distinctly remember him using a few choice words during the battle. This was also the same healer I've been matched with on numerous occasions where the entire party has been subject to liberal amounts of seasoning from his salt shaker.

Regardless, telling someone who has raged throughout the match that they're terrible is far and away different than wishing death upon them.

was pvp always this toxic or is it just the new pvp sites? I mean I know theres always been tension when it comes to pvp but it seems ever since the feast (?) it has increased significantly.

Pretty much the feast, because of how broken it is. More people get frustrated and the more frustrated people become, the more toxic they become, really.

There were some tension every time a new mode came out. I remember Seal Rock's 1st month with all those newcomers not listening to orders having no idea of what they were doing (like "rush adders S (72pts) ! do not attack Flames who has 780 pts and 1B !") or even when Slaughter was released old pvpers missed Secure and Newcomers were around dying for nothing. And i'm not even talking about the players here only for the tokens.
The "toxicness" decreased when the newcomers left the mode or when they started to learn how to play in pvp. It has always been like that.
I just think everyone here is really afraid to lose their rank because it's really hard to acheive and it takes a lot of time to go that far so obvioulsy being matched with players with half or their experience is not easy, especially if they don't want to listen to your advices. 8v8 is less toxic because players are here for fun or to relax between ranked matches.

It's because it has rewards based on competitive ranking ,and the glam whores are foaming at the mouth about not getting them because "someone else messed up!". Pvp is 90% salt 10% good times in almost every game for the average person. If you don't get into this kind of competition then you really shouldn't bother because you'll just be upset. I mean think about it. Do you play football with friends? Sure that can be fun , but would you walk on the field at the superbowl like hey guys i got this. People aren't really thinking about what the feast is in a pvp sense.

And all this because of some glamour sets that are clearly recolors of Kirimu set / achievement crowns.
