I wouldn't. So far the voice acting has been done great, and when there is some, I greatly appreciate it.
It is good in long cutscenes, but when I am rushing through to just read certain things, I don't care whether I hear them or not.
So atm hearing their voices is special, and I would actually prefer it to stay this way. We don't get a cutscene for every quest, and not every cutscene is voiced, but those that are are remarkable.
I almost cried when Haurchefant's dad went down on his knees, that's how good the acting was. Don't think it would be as good if the same person had voiced 10 different character before that.
Voice adds a certain character, and it has to be done right. I have nothing to complain about, but again, I wouldn't mind more voices. I just hope they do their prioritizing right.

As a player that came recently from SWTOR (where everyhing is voiced), it felt a bit weird that most quest weren't voiced, but now i'm glad they don't. So many quests have so many useless walls of text, that add nothing to the world (please fetch my thing because reasons or kill X amount of monsters because reasons!), so therefor the cost of voicing them would just be a waste, they're fine as they are, even some MSQ are fine with just text (although some could indeed be better if they ere voiced).

In SWTOR it made sense that they were voiced since it was Bioware usual questing line, as your choices "influence" stuff. In FFXIV? not really, it's fine as it is, i prefer it like this.
