Without a way to measure it, how do you distinguish between these:

- We hit enrage because our four DPS are doing 1000 DPS each and we need a total of 4200 DPS from them
- We hit enrage because three of our DPS are doing 1200 DPS each and one of our DPS is doing 400 DPS and we need a total of 4200 DPS from them

One of those is probably surmountable by each of the DPS doing a little more (tightening up rotations, getting an upgrade or two, etc).

The other is not.
