I am so happy the airship ride is short!!!

Airship that take 3-4 minutes would be nice, and there should be atleast two airship travelling at the same time in the same route so people don´t need to wait to much. Events and minigames could be added to the boats and even special rewards. I really like the idea of random monster attack.Instant travell as an option looks like a good idea to me if people dont want to wait.

Atleast this is what I would like.

I goto agree with the OP I'm actually happy to, especially that it is only temp, means I get to look forward to airships twice, not just once. :D

But instead of laughing at the douches who think we should be forced to waste our time in an airship we should be happy that SE is giving us the chance to choose instead of limiting us to either way.

They need to not waste their time on making the airship travel thing then. If they are going to make it instant 99.999% of the playerbase will only use instant.. So any development farther is wasted time.

They seem to be planning content around airship travel beyond just sitting on it and looking at the world below.

I must say I am pleased. Though I still dont see the point of having anima and instant travel airship at the same time ^^; but thats my only argument and well, Yoshi doesnt feel its right sooo ... lets all party and celebrate airship will remain instant! wooooooo.

IMO it's very simple, since by design you need to jump between towns A LOT, they want us to do it without stressing out our anima supply. And since airships are so important in the FF universe having instatravel by airship seems a more appealing option than simply making town-to-town teleports 0 anima.
