I too would like to learn more about Garlean society. What is their culture like? As far as I know, all we have seen of Garlemald is their military. Surely not ALL of Garlemald is filled with soldiers and Magitek weaponry.
Let's see... oh! They would very likely celebrate their engineers, especially considering their lack of magic. Is there a special academy for engineers in Garlemald? Or a nationally-held "Science Fair"-type deal where various engineers from all across Garlemald come together to demonstrate their inventions? Maybe with Imperial sponsorship on the line?

Is it implied that Sultansworns can go into battles or head into war outside of Ul'dah? Or are they only working at the Royal Promenade and Husting Strip?

What is the state of the other areas of Coerthas besides the Central Highlands, the ones we can't visit in ARR? Is this seemingly eternal winter affecting the Lowlands as well?

Is it implied that no characters are able to become or have the power of white mage in future lore?
What can we know more about Amdaporean lores besides what we have learned so far from 2.0?
Is it actually confirmed that it is likely that no one survived in Lost City of Amdapor?

Will we ever see Samurai or Puppet-master any time soon?

With Yugiri's outfit, is it implied that Doma is only Arabian style of far east country? Or is there also Japanese theme based country?
-
Will there be slightest hint that Musketeers/Gunners/Corsairs will be able to fill into this lore since they have been replaced by rogues? Or how will they fit into the lore now?

Will deeper insight be given into the tribal aspect of Miqo'te society? As it stands the majority of Miqo'te who show up during the game favour city life or resort to banditry in the wilds. Only in Thanalan can we find a number of quests touching on the tribal aspect but only for one specific tribe.

Can we get more information on the Keepers of the Moon and their culture? All we know is their naming conventions and that they're a matriarchal society.
