You can get it from subscription to the twitch stream. However with London and Las Vegas fan fests concluded I don't know if you can still purchase a ticket for the code.

Why am I not surprised. I'm farming my way to earn Gil in game lol. I'll just buy this with real $$ if I really want it, but going as far as paying for those and selling them ingame.... /shrug
