Live Letter XVI Discussion Thread

Am I the only one that feels like they didn't really learn anything of value this Live Letter? Questions we're wasted on things like "What's your favorite food?". I guess this is nothing out of the ordinary, but I feel like most Live Letter's I learn at least something I'm interested in. This one seemed to be pretty bland..

I hope they will change stable broom recipe quickly...

Live Letters after a major patch are usually like this. It's usually mostly advertising on upcoming events and acknowledgement of issues with the patch. They are withholding information until closer to the next patch or until events that they will be attending. They also have 3 fan fests planned so there's that.

any new info about ninja? ,the video was cool , stealth , melee and cast skills using handsigns , i have seen fire , ice , thunder , watersprout , and a wind that drops an aura :o

hope ninja lowers elemental def or boost the party somehow

They said they will, it's crazy they had the guy in charge of the economy, the one that tracks what costs how much across all the servers, and he seems to be just like the rest of the devs when it comes to not being able to think ahead, even though he knew how much the ingredients for it cost, he didn't realize that people would charge that much for the brooms.

Maybe people should take that as a hint that the ingredients are insanely overpriced by players.

In other words, stop paying those hyperinflated prices so that the sellers will be forced to bring it down.

You really don't want to hope for that. Yoshida said in order for a class to specifically boost damage of the party they have to nerf the class itself, so you don't want Ninja coming pre nerfed. (This is why they didn't give BRD a song that boosts physical damage like it can boost magic damage.)

Time investment is a hell of a thing. Two rare ingredients combined with most lSes splurging on house size and not splurging on permissions, and you have a problem.
