Apparently. Personal Housing can 850k?

While I find the 850k very agreeable, I think I am personally going to settle for a private room in the company house.
Like others, the FC I am in also has a nice house on a very good location.

My FC has a medium sized house and although I didn't join the FC because they had a house.. I was pleased to find out they actually had one.

With that being said.. I visit the FC house once took a look around and then....get this.

I never have been back.. Not even to see the new decor or garden.

I do not see why a HOUSE is even needed in this GAME. It's pointless.

Unless you can dump every single item you carry from your retainers and your own personal inventory and armour slots into the furniture you place in your homes.. I see no value here. It's just SERVER BANDWITH better used for : idk ... maybe a f..ing Tackle Box , Retainers that dont cost 2.00 a month more . GC Reward Items that are not complete waste of time. :confused:

I think that's quite reasonable price-wise. I enjoy the FC houses, but I'm a homebody and I want to garden- I don't want to infringe on peoples gardening plots, and I like the idea of making my own little niche. Paying that much for that little spot seems more than reasonable. I don't understand the large amount of negativity here about the personal houses in general, though. So silly. :x

I actually see this price being to cheap! On basic i make about 100K a day and this just by doing daily's, Dungeons for my Tomes, Grinding for atmas. Oh and don't forget my retainers and selling the rubbish I pick up along the way. the only thing i find that dose not make money easy is my lvl 50 crafting!

I'm really, really, really curious to see if the personal housing is going to have small/medium/large, like the FC housing, or if these are going to be just one price fits all? Is the estimated 850k a starting price, or will this be the most expensive? My FC are still saving up for a FC house (we want a medium, no mediums left on Sargatanas, go figure...) and I've got separate funds for the personal house / FC house - but I'd like to know when I can stop saving :/

Imo i think Personal housing should be free. I don't mind putting my money towards FC house but i don't wanna end up having to save and make as much money as i can to buy something that should of been in the game from day one.

If you've put money towards your FC house, your personal rooms will come with anyway.

To some players, any new content that doesn't drop new, high iLvl content is 'pointless'. However, that content wasn't designed for them. Clearly, housing was not designed for you, but there's a lot of people who really enjoy it.

850k sounded a little scary until I realised exactly how much goddamn money I make just levelling up my classes and doing endgame dungeon runs and stuff now. Hell, I probably have a few hundred k sitting with each of my retainers from the items I sell...
