For right now I wouldn't even want them to. But as we move on to further expansions (3.0 in what, a year? 4.0 and so on.) if they start looking at the option of 'do we want this feature or do we want ps3 support?' I hope they go for the crazy features. To be fair in a year or two depending on when the expansion inevitably comes that the ps3 can't handle, the ps4 will be cheaper and have a MUCH bigger selection of games. There's basically no world in which this game will survive long enough to hit features the ps4 can't handle. Might take some graphical pruning sadly around say the third/fourth year though, assuming the current performance is all they can squeeze out. (Which isn't meant to mock it. The game runs AMAZINGLY well on the ps4. Utterly destroys my pc.)
But that's the good news. ps3 has already been confirmed to be supported until at LEAST 3.0, which is almost assuredly a full year and some change away. Assuming they haven't been getting closer to finishing it in secret. And I'm sure it'll be able to play 3.0...hopefully.

If the PS4 version and the PS4 in general does well they most likely will since they are considering it, at least if enough PS3 users transition over to the PS4. It probably won't be until at least 2 years maybe with 4.0, PS3 ARR owners get the game on the PS4 for free anyway.
