With the new tomes (probably 300/ week cap) it will only be just over a week (well the patch is coming Thursday, so just under a week actually) before people can upgrade head, hands, feet, belt, or any jewelry. At that point BiS gets pretty muddy, nevermind that accuracy caps might dictate a completely different BiS than we have right now. New tome gear and anything from Coil 2 will invariably be better than anything you currently have. Crafted gear will be similar but also invariably better than all the current gear (except Allagan weapon) because you'll be able to meld it with all secondary stats/ max out the ones you want to get a bit more damage/ healing/ parrying, and VIT for nontanks.
Current BiS will pretty much go out the window. It will be like another poster said. Nobody bothered finding exactly the BiS i70 gear over the past few months because you could already get i90 gear. i110 (specualtion) gear will be available very quickly. The focus will shift to 'biggest bang for your buck' while people start upgrading their gear again. Available BiS for each player will shift with every upgrade.

I'll personally go with i90 mage/healer accessories, prioritize VIT, then acc, then crit, and might bypass the i110 mage/healer accessories completely, or for a damn long time anyways.
Because for Scholar, I value the VIT more than the small MND difference, and for Summoner even more - since it does affect Titan-egi's HP (and thus it's Sustain healing, too). If I ever play White Mage seriously, I'll probably value the VIT equally (a dead white mage is not more efficient). Only Black Mage doesn't really care imo. I'll get acc so I have enough for BLM and SMN, even if the healers don't really need it. And I'm a crit whore.
