Welcome to the era of no challenge in videogames where it's actually needed. What's that a boss fight with a mob that poisons you and it hurts and you could actually die from it? Oh no it's too hard never mind that past quests gave you 10 antidotes, better make that poison only tick for 1 HP and also spawn a friendly NPC to cure bomb you every time you lose 1 HP. Oh what's that too, a fight without a ranged attack against packs of enemies you have to carefully pull and that helps you learn that you can't take on everything as a melee? No no that's too hard, better add an NPC that lorewise makes no sense at all he's helping you and make him pull everything for you. Oh and you expect me to go through a dungeon with multiple paths and rooms where I can actually get lost and the enemies inside hit hard? Please I have 20 jobs and at least 10 kids yes this is my bad strawman excuse, just give me a straight path and mobs that melt with two buttons.
