The magic spells REALLY seems to have increased chances of causing it when on a mount.... I hate running thru the Sylphlands or Zahar'ak trying to do the daily quests...

At first I wanted to say Titan HM... for obvious reasons... but then, I remembered the Cocatrice that caused my demise by filling the air with its insufferable stench back in 1.0!
To this day, I will always harbor a secret hatred for these derpy birds....

Anything that can cast Final Sting, specifically the bees in Qarn.

Ants. Ants in the first boss of Cutters Cry.
Why they no leave me alone? Ever.

And how come they can still bite me when I am running away...far away...sprinting...screaming at the display

Any variant of those stupid bird/buzzard/condor/flying squawky things.

I hate them all.

Anything that inflicts HEAVY! Nothing compares to the annoyance of an 80% movement speed reduction.

And Titan because most people can't be bothered to learn his attack pattern and do it right.
