About the server first I guess we don't really mind, just put it if you want.
Concerning the fight, Titan is way more demanding, Ifrit is about some mechanics that can wipe you easily but once you know it's pretty easy. You find back a lot of Ifrit HM mechanics too -

For what it's worth some of our guys (Pettan/Rosa) defeated Moggle Mog XII, figured I might add that since it's on your list. Sun Tail is just afraid of Moogles and didn't do the pre-quests yet.

It should be counted as server first on Ifrit since no one killed it yet except them.
We didn't have time to fight him yet :( -
