Why is the Monk so disproportionally difficult to play in comparison to other DPS?

Atm if a monk standstill on a boss attacking, no one can match his dps output, it's fair and simple.

Problem is, aside from the skill on the individual monk player, there are a lot of times u can't mantain ur GL3 no matter what.

Im fine with my class, it's just got this annoying mechanic of stacking a 12 sec buff that just fade from trash pull to trash pull.


I find pretty stupid and embarassing, that a ranged class like the bard, can easily play with 4 buttons, with no flank/back malus, and still be in a good spot for dps, bringing buffs to raid a ranged silence and so on.
