Started since about the 18th or 19th; peaks during the afternoon and early evening and simmers down during the late night but still consistent with latency spikes and packet loss

-Constant minor spikes, enough to eliminate ability to run dungeons. "Excellent" connection on character screen.

Sorry for not seeing this and replying sooner. I'm using PRTG to monitor my home network and online services that I use. You can monitor 100 elements with the free license.
