I dont understand this stance right... and i didnt understand sena when she had the same one.
the point of being an actor, is to take on roles that change your understanding of the world, and increse your depth of empathy. for example. should only gay actors play gay men, how then can NON gay men ever understand gay ones? isnt that the entire point? to be put in there shoes... by the logic.. only a wheelchair person should write for somebody IN a wheelchair.. but that means far less people would.. or can.. and then by this same logic you guys wind up going even less noticed than before. i have scoliosis, so i understand how you feel, even though for the moment i retain my ability to walk, i still understand how you feel. and thats what you should want... people to try to understand you.. but by segrating people out for these reasons, all you do is limit the amount of people who can share in how you feel. also, the logic is only sound when applied backwards its still fair. but if you now applied the logic, only gay men can play gay men. doesnt that mean gay men CANT play straight men.. isnt that kinda messed up

ive never understood this.. and i fear sadly.. i just never will

I can't believe how many people are malding over a va. The VA is on par with the rest of them. There's nothing wrong with it, and if they're an up and coming va they will only get better. Just let it be wait and see what happens.

I want to state that I am in no way defending or condoning J.K Rowlings views. I am simply asking is it not contradictory to say 'don't worry about what this person says on twitter' about one person, but then go after a different person because of what they said on twitter?

firstly. context is a key, i do belive jk rowling is transphobic but i have not gone after her on twitter and dont condone anybody else doing it. youre reply sounds as if you're implicating me in this behaviour
