Well, theses already exist, its called the binding coil of Bahamut turn 5, the second coil of Bahamut turn 4, the final coil of Bahamut turn 4 and the minstrel's ballad: Ultima's Bane. Turn 9 even already have a savage mode.

Savage mode of 24 man... ugh these are already pain in the ass when half the alliance are dead weight, don't even start me about findind one to wipe for 3 h on first trash pack.

Dismissing what I said out of hand without offering an actual retort shows how weak your argument truly is (spoiler: it's really weak). You can say what you want, but when half of the bosses in this game would be no higher than laughably easy difficulties in WoW, your comparison becomes invalid. For players with functioning brains, XIV provides only 4 or 5 challenging bosses every sixth months, which is roughly half of what WoW provides in the same cycle. It's so nice that you're content with mediocrity.

It works both ways. WoW is a trash game riddled with RNG where you can run your precious raids for years and never get BiS, but someone can log for an hour and luck one in a World Boss or get given one simply for being Alliance.

Suggestion - players who prefer WoW should play WoW and stop acting like players who prefer Final Fantasy XIV for what it is are inferior.

This clearly isn't the game for you, and that's fine.

People said FF14 is inferior? I don't remember that. What's wrong with asking Devs for more meaningful hard content since we have so little right now?
This argument kinda falls in the line of: "Shut up, it's perfect, just go away if you don't like it". There is a lack of raiding content and people should not be grateful for what little they have.

I think probably because only a small percentage of the playerbase even attempt to do Raids or Savage nowadays. Eureka, probably had more ppl play through it than w/e the Raid was called back in 4.0 xD

It takes a lot of time and practice to complete EX Trials/Savage Raids, and with FFXIV's predictability with the gear progression, it's kinda make sense to just not do it and wait till they release the next Tome gear or just make gil to buy Crafted Gear lol.

Fair point on the gear progression, however I believe Eureka was only "successful" because the Relic was shoved in it.

Spotted the player who doesn't know how WoW works in 2019 or is grossly misinformed on the game. You really should stop hating on WoW so much, it makes you look rather silly when you make these grossly inaccurate statements.

Thing is, XIV can absolutely suck up every waking second if you let it. I could spend 40 hours a week just fishing.

XIV's design is that the raid content is kept light and predictable, so people playing for the story can play for the story, and do the raids for the story and some gear, then unsub.... but the "side-content" for the "casuals" is there to fill in the gaps for everyone else.

I really, truly do feel for the folks that wish there was more post 80 battle content right off the bat. And those folks have a valid complaint. But as you have said, that is not what this game is about - the challenging progression content is just one small aspect of it.
