"Fringe" makes me think it's got something to do with the SB zone. Any significant characters or gear relevant to the area?

Would not be surprised if the hands are indeed the Ananta glamours. The Ixal crafting gloves also give long nails I think, but highly doubt they're a consideration.

Chest : winter ("Hiver")
Hands : claw/talon ("Griffe")
Feet : fringes ("Franges")
Ring : imagination/fancy/whim/costume ("Fantaisie")

Well...some differences, but the french version proved itself several times to be crap...

I bet hand are dyed Claws of the Beast (regular MGP item).

I'm thinking something Griffin for the feet based on that...unless someone can disprove that.

Edit: Also, I wonder if the hands "claw/talon" would be the Ixal beast tribe gloves(not sure if someone mentioned that yet).

I highly doubt that - even though the german version can be not-so-great at times, this would be a pretty shitty move.
The german hint is "Fransig" (which translates to fringe), but the area thats called "The Fringes" in english is called "Abanisches Grenzland" (Abanian Borderlands) in german - while I can see the possible connection in english there is no connection at all in german...

If you want to go ahead with it though, I'd suggest taking a look at the foot-wear of the M-tribe!

Someone mentioned it in reddit. However, the all-class version isn't dyable, and the dyable one is DoH only.
