Dragoons: A Rotation Reborn

I kinda had to chuckle at them speeding up jumps...again. Its like the 4th time now isnt it? Taking it though.

:( I was so sad with the lack of DRG info.....

Dragon's Blood stance or Blood of the Dragon or... w/e it is called seems like it will add even more thought into our class and I am excited for that.
Faster jump animations being a highlight for the class with no mention of any group utility being followed up with even more utility to NIN may have angered me a bit more than it should have.

Sigh I just want more group utility than buffing bard and never needing Goad or TP song...

Maybe 1 of the effects from the new stance will help the group more than just DMG.

Yeah it looks like they're singling DRG out as the lone wolf, "smack everything in the face, party members be damned" DPS job.

Then I'm sure our DPS in Heavensward will reflect that... right guys?!?

I am not sure about the lonewolf thing. The first blue off GCD he uses after impulse drive sure looks like a raidwide buff to me. With the blue wave emitting from the drg and all.

Stayed away for a few days since I knew that LL would make some discussions explode.

So, I didn't see anything about DRG to be excited or alarmed about (making Jump faster? okay well, unless they kill the lock or finally turn it into the classic FF Jump, we will always have to be careful with that button). I thought the Japanese term ao no ryuuketsu sounded badass, though.

yea...kind of takes the badass out of it.

Lancers have the coolest weapons though (dark knight might encroach on that) so theres that. I don't think you'll run out of the popularity of lancers.

I don't know if it's been said, but did you guys notice that the MNK's vacuum kick thing is similar to the DRG's one?
