Personally, I prefer your Lala. XD
Between your two options though, if you want to look more mature, go with the Hyur or if you want to look boyish, go with the Miqo'te.

I prefer the Miqo'te. The Hyur just seems kinda emotionless (that and most Midlanders look too similar to Derplander to me).
