Why do i feel like that you're actually making things worse for the party? From your description, the scenario that I could think of was the healer got low on MP because the DPS was low and prolonging the fight. Healer probably need much MP to deal with the poison here and there..Quote:

Joined a guildhest on an alt this morning. Got an in progress one, the guildhest where you have to dps the four mobs evenly in order to be able to hit the invulnerable one. There was no healer, I was the tank, dps were both dying.
I'm not proud of it but I turned around and left. If the dps were ignoring the guildhest instructions to the point both the tank and healer had left them, I wasn't going to try to straighten that one out. -

This happened last night. I got Sastasha story mode for Mentor Roulette. The tank is a sprout lvl 17 gladiator with no other class leveled yet. With us are a mentor blackmage and a non sprout ninja. Anyways the tank asked if its okay if we full clear. Both dps just .... So I told the tank it's okay if he wanna full clear.
I'm guessing that both DPS came together. Because by the time we reached that center thingy where you have to collect 2 keys in a kinda open area, one of the two DPS initiated kick the tank for "harassment". I clicked no anyways but those two had the upper hand.
To the leaflet tank with us last night: I'm sorry you had to deal something like that from a mentor. People like him makes me want to resign being one but don't be discouraged. You did great with what I've seen. Hopefully you read the forums and see this. -

Two stories.
First is Qarn HM.
As soon as the wall goes down, the BLM bolts to the top of the stairs and into the mobs. Just stands there and dies.
Turns out he had been DRK in Expert and 60 roulettes, and he forgot he changed to BLM. He thought he was a tank and was trying to cast Unleash. :rolleyes:

Tonight was A6.
I was WHM.
We used Party Finder for 4th boss practice. 3 of us in FC have reached the 4th boss several times, but haven't cleared it yet. But the other 3 bosses we are used to them now.
We get 8 people and go in. But it is clear early on that most of them are not used to the first 3 bosses.
The first 3 times, the scholar died at the first boss to mirages. The dragoon died multiple times on each boss. Never even ran away from single drill.
DPS were stunning different orbs a few times, making them come to the center at almost the same time. Combined with double blaster it was very tough.
The DPS was pretty low, and I think the Scholar knew this because she was in Cleric Stance 75% or more of the time.
If the other members had been avoiding mirages and other avoidable damage, this would be fine, but they were not. Many people were dying to avoidable damage, which meant I had to do so many Raises. It really drained my MP.
The only time the scholar raised was when the fights were over AND there was more than 1 person dead AND I had no MP.
I felt like I was solo healing the entire instance. I've been in there for practice a few times now, and I've never been so hard-pressed for heals or MP.
We spent the full time in the dungeon. In the end, we only reached the last boss twice. And the first time, one of the DPS didn't realized he had lightning buff, so instant wipe. 2nd time, a DPS dropped ice right where the tank and boss were (3:00 position) and everyone died to that.
