Yup, drops in pyros. Can be found on the mb under form and function.
Prices depends on your mb. My mb sucks butt though so I had to try to find it in eureka cause I'm not blowing 3mil on it.

Was doing the Hildibrand quest line and thought this was a pretty good pose and comparison against regular sized NPCs.
