Looks like Foestriker's Skirt. It's the only skirt that is pure white :O

I really like the SCH skirt for a schoolgirl outfit because of the stockings, but I can't find a dye for my scarf that matches the skirt part perfectly! :(

How about matching the scarf to the socks instead? Should be much easier to find the correct grey.
