Saying something and seeing results are 2 different things. People are seeing no action being taken. LET US SKIP/bypass instanced Solo SMQs already, it has been over 24 hours.

At this point i'd be content to just skip the instance and go straight to the following cutscene. Add the solo instance later at the wandering minstrel or something.

I second this. I just want to explore the new content. I dont want to stand here for decades until 4.25B before I ccan see and experience Kugane. I'd rather this be set to clear and then able to come back and fight it on the wandering minstrel at this point lol

I just hope to obtain a "I Beat Raubahn Savage mode" T-Shirt after this.

I just don't know what to do anymore. I'm not as angry as most people are (not that they shouldn't be), but I'm mostly just frustrated and disoriented.

Every few hours I switch between going to do something else I don't want to do in the game (Palace of the Dead, sitting in the dungeon queue for 40+ minutes on SAM, etc.), going to play another game or do something else, and returning to click on Raubahn and cancel the cutscene repeatedly. I really don't want to do it and if I don't get in it's a complete waste of time, but at the same time the slight chance of getting through makes it feel like it's the only thing worthwhile right now.

Except that literally won't fix the problem.

I'm running through Heavensward on an alt leveling Red Mage, and I just completed THREE solo instances within the last hour with absolutely no trouble whatsoever. It's clear that its not other people doing content that's the problem.

It's that the playerbase got bottlenecked at the Raubahn quest (and at this point I'm inclined to believe the Stormblood solo instances are allocated to their own server) and the more people that pile up behind them, the worse the problem gets. Closing the other content down so people can progress through the MSQ won't solve anything because that content isn't what's bottlenecking the solo instances in the Stormblood zones.
