Hello! I have been away from the game for a while and i just restated. I want to try and get a character on Balmung or Gilgamesh where it seem the RP people hang out if I can. I originally rolled on Siren.
I am looking at a Miqo'te for obvious reasons. I think I will start as a pugilist so that it could lead into monk, ninja or bard.
These are the looks that I am thinking about.

I really liked the third one the best, but I'm all for pink hair so I'm a bit bias. All of em look so pretty though. <3 But if you're set on face, eyes, nose, skin tone and lips, your hair you can keep changing on the aesthetician till you find a color that suits you best.

So I can keep changing my hair color in game without paying once I unlock Captain Phantabulous?

Yes once you unlock the Aesthitician guy in Limsa at level 15 go to any inn and use the crystal summoning bell to summon him and you can change your hair style, color, and few other facial options.

I change my hair fairly often.

yup, once you unlock the asthetication, from the lvl 15 quest which you can get from the female miqo'te npc in limsa, nearby the guild leve booth, you'll be able to change to any of the other hairstyles you have unlocked & whatever makeup options it gives you.
