Frequency: Seems to fluctuate, I've been hit with lag followed shortly by error 90000 in as little as 30 seconds after logging in, but sometimes I can last about 30 minutes. This started yesterday, 9/5.
It might be worth noting that during beta phase 3 test 2 onward, I have occasionally experienced similar lag but without the 90000 errors.

When I use a VPN to route through my office's gateway (which winds up through bell after a reseller) the game runs fine.

The problem started after Sept. 4 update. No issues before that.

Well, I called my ISP and they say they don't throttle p2p services.... so /shrug. I wonder what how SE coded its game to even get viewed as a P2P service for certain ISP's to end up throttiling in the first place, if all that is even true.

Only started on Launch Day. Happens when solo, dungeon, cities, all the time. On PS3 if that makes a difference.
