I got this one completed as well just didn't have time to post. It starts at 12 pm using /lookout.

#28 starts at 8am

Got 41 at Noon, it doesn't start at 3-4 then

#69 works past 2 AM

Also, #69 is the slipped and fell so in the first post, it is backwards.

#67 starts at 1 a.m., fog, lookout.

Incorrect, it starts at 6 PM. Got it around that time.
By the way, most of the times in our google doc are entirely accurate. Yes, even the ones that are 8PM-5AM, we checked. Should be pretty much 100% reliable at this point.

We've been trying various times and weathers, mainly at night. No luck so far. I think I can safely rule out overcast, thunder, fair and clear between 6 PM and Midnight.
