Payment Method Registration Errors [Error Code 401 and 601]

Well, thanks for the good luck wishes. It shows me the same Error 601... =/ I'll never understand a game that don't want money and more subscribers...

my housband pays his account without problem and when he goes to pay my account we recive the 401 error... what kind of joke is that...

I'm trying to pay my subscription since two weeks ago, but i can't.
I used several different cards, my friend tried to pay for me, but nothing worked.
I want to ask you guys if you have any difference between the card game? The regions influence the signature? If I have a U.S. account and card from the E.U., it not worked?
This will be my last attempt to stay in the game. If until the card game are complicated to buy, I quit the game.

I ran to the store to get a $100 Vanilla Pre-paid mastercard and keep getting 601 and 401, did I just waste $100?

im afraid of doing the same :/ and sadly those cards only last 2 day here...

:/ Sucks. Sorry that it isn't working. Hopefully SE can figure out what's causing the errors and fix it.

Will they fix this? It's supposed that I don't have to be risking dollars or trying to buy Cards for paying my subscription..

No reply from support so far. I'm not going to try to subscribe anymore since every failed Error 401/601 will charge my card $1.50. The lack of any response from them on this debacle is a joke.

Are you able to buy Crysta? Do you have a PayPal account? If you have PayPal you can try to add funds to your account with the card. At least you won't lose them then.
