Went from starting the relic quest to iffy in one night. Nearly got him before bed too but we wiped at 25% DX
I'll get him tomorrow. Garuda/Titan is gonna be the hard part. Haha.

4/5 Scholar AF, and so close to level 46.
I so love healing and helping my FC mates with low level dungeons like Qarn and Cutter's. Those are so fun when you're with friends (But I'm sure they can be real disasters with pick up groups)
And man, I'm getting quite a few orders for outfits now that people in my FC are starting to catch on that I can mass produce free HQ pretty much anything...
Page 8? Page 8?!
This won't do. This won't do at all.
*Bumpga*
I feel like I should apologise. If anyone gets in a DF party with me, please feel free to leave to try to find a less cursed group ;.;
I'm trying to learn to be a healer on scholar but I'm not very good: I let people die because I don't put my fairy close enough and my own heals aren't enough, or I forget and fall back to ACN style DPS, or I watch a cutscene and get locked out of the next room, or I try to type something (despite knowing I'm slow) and get left behind, or, or, or...
*Hides behind her crafting table where she belongs* ;.;
Finding myself not checking the GD forums as much besides browsing the feedback board. What I miss?
I've got a pretty solid grasp on scholar healing at this point. The one thing you need to realize is that there is a time and a place for DPS, you definitely need to learn that place on each encounter.
For the most part while learning, you really just need to focus on the healing. The first thing you need to do is bind your pet bar, or at least bind embrace on your faerie. Get into the habit of slamming a faerie heal every time someone takes damage. Additionally, you need to be extremely proactive. Your shields go up fully even if you heal someone at 100% health. I preshield everyone before pulls and get shields up as soon as they take damage. It's an aggressive healing style that will likely net you a lot of overhealing, but it's impossible to OOM on a scholar so you just have to deal with that. Remember. Overhealing is only bad if you're OOMing or people are dying.
Also if you have any other questions I'll do what I can to help. <3
