but thats always been WAR gimick,
WAR has always been a able to gain HP back easily. I think heal on shake was excessive but what ever.
like really what's the problem? its not like WAR is actually broken like it was or required in raids yes someone spent an hour doing p1n but this should be a sign that NM content is mind numbing not that blood whetting is broken.

Tank healing has ALWAYS been good
people have cleared a12s in HW and Bahamut Ultimate with just 8 tanks in ShB.

You can have the gimmick of being "significantly better than other tanks at X" without newly being so much better at X as to invalidate your own reward systems and being "~10 times better than other tanks at X".

Tank healing has been a constantly adjusting scale.

And warrior would still be the best free self healer by a significant margin, so its gimmick is untouched. Not seeing the problem.

but thats always been the case for WAR
in HW and SB you hardly ever had to heal them if they were good
