Does this mean the prelims aren't going to public vote and are just being voted on by the judges?

I juuuust finished mine... I think. With having a couple days left to alter them, it's impossible to say for sure, but I sat on two of them for about a week and am still satisfied. Here's hoping. Tired of fiddling with 'em.
