Stop spreading misinformation based on "oh but this is what I interpret the NPCs speech as" there is no such thing as a fake seal, period.

Could be right, but i would rather get the seals first since its like one of the only things you need that doesnt require RNG luck

we are just letting you know the npc lore isnt fact on hoiw it works

ok well he specifically listed that you need the seals first before you get the GC item. which is inaccurate as well. so maybe it should state that you can do either one first.

Why are people calling it RNG luck? we dont have rangers in this game and its called drop rate. every game ever has drop rate

basicaly, what we know is you need both turned into him at same time, order doesnt matter

if its a 1% drop rate (/random +1) >99 = item,
if its 10% then (/random +10) >89 = item
