They would be very good at Kickstarter.

So the failed to even give us a questimation by the time they promised? Uhh The fair thing would be at least to update twitter with a "sorry just x more time please!"

The sad thing is we are paying more for the expansion but getting a worse service to get it.

Still waiting for that estimate of an estimate of an estimated store opening time. This has become a farce. If you read the NA twitter feed they stated that because their servers were busy they were bringing extra online. In the EU they just panic, switch off and sit in a corner twitching with their fingers in their ears.
