it's : Direwolf Sabatons Of Maiming (rank 22 pvp gear)

it use the same model as Wolfram Sabatons but have difference dyeable path

I recently got Warrior to 50. <3 I'm not able to use the gloves I like at the moment unfortunately (PVP rank is too low for Direwolf tank gloves and I'd rather use my allied seals to get more sands) and I'm lacking some badass boots but will hopefully get a nice pair soon. I love this top though!

What mask is that?

This mask is obtained from the last beastmen quest series which you can start once you have maximum reputation with all five tribes (rank 7 for ixali, rank 5 for all the rest).
