Yeah, if you got error 401 or 601, dont try it. It will charge you a fee 1$ or 1 euro, i guess...

Im playing on the JP server Garuda and im from Australia, but on my Square Enix Account it says Europe and other regions, does anyone know if the Game.co.uk Time card would work with me ? thankyou

It should where your account is based, not what server your playing on. I would say yes. I got mine and it activated right away, though I don't think I have any toons on a JP server.

how can they be so useless? omg even a rokie could put some effort triying to get money but SE fails even on that??

Im from EU, playing on EU servers, i have been on the same place all the time, everything is ok on my end and still getting error 401. I give to SE untill tomorrow to fix it or they will have 1 custommer less, and im sure that i wont be the only one

I've trying to pay my sub fee's but I keep getting 401 Error. Now I'm using a pre-paid VISA gift card because I can not get and do not want a credit card. Because of that I can not check with my Financial institute. Is there a reason why pre-paid VISA gift cards should not work? I'm getting really frustrated about this, I have sent 2 E-mails to your support center about this and still have not received any response. I have spent 500$ just to play this game (bought a new PS3) and would really like to feel like I haven't wasted my money. Please for the love of god do something about this, this game is becoming more of a hassle than an enjoyment.
