10102 error on Behemoth

Not exactly... They are reimbursing everyone with an extension to the free trial once the fixes have been put in place. Have some patience; they were overwhelmed by how many of us actually wanted to play the game. And they have apologized profusely for the errors. It sucks, absolutely, but within the next couple of days we will have no issues logging in at all, and we are out no extra money whatsoever. Just because the first week it's available they're having spamming issues doesn't mean it's going to last like this the whole time, nor does it mean you'll never get to play it. Pick up another game in the meantime, or - seven hells! - go outside or something for a few hours.

The thing is, we are actually PAYING to play an MMO, where we NEED to be logged in if we want to actually play the game. I don't care how many times they apologize for the errors, they should've worked on this last saturday when they had issues with the early access. The extra week is just something they have to give players because we aren't able to fully enjoy the game at all right now, it isn't some sort of "we're sorry" gift.

To be honest, they should've worked on something to kick afk players a while ago and many of the issues we're having right now might be fixed, or at least better. We're not having much update on the SE end so far, they post twitter updates saying the issues are fixed, and yet it's been 2 days since I've been able to actually log on my server.

TLDR, it isn't a "we're sorry" gift, it's something they HAVE to give back to players because we can't play.

You're only half-right here... It is an apology gift, to be certain. They don't *have* to give us extra free time. And on top of that, there isn't a whole lot they could have done to anticipate this, besides having more servers prepared ahead of time. The whole "Kicking AFK people" trick wouldn't work - you would still be competing with thousands of players at once trying to get in. And when were you charged for your first month of play time? Oh, that's right - you haven't been yet. Until they start experiencing these issues after we've all started paying for the monthly service, there's not a whole lot of room for bitching.

It absolutely sucks to not be able to enjoy this game asap, but shit happens. I'm still unable to connect to Behemoth myself, and it sucks. I'm going to have to figure something else out to do with my time. But I've also not got my panties in a bunch because I know that in two days time the slack will have completely worn and we'll all be able to play to our heart's content. It's not that peoples' arguments aren't justified - but come on. It takes time to purchase, procure, set up, and test physical servers. They don't grow on trees, pre-installed. Give them a break.

To be honest, the only reason why I haven't just given up on this game is only because I see some kind of potential in it. But, let's be honest for a sec, it's been a week since the early access, they still haven't fixed anything and they expect players to stay around and pay them 12/15$ a month. IMHO, they are only driving players away to other MMOs right now, which is a shame because I think this game deserves to be played a lot, but they can't come out with an update to fix this until next wednesday...

10102 error on Ragnarok EU

look like we all buy the borken game *sigh* i wish i know this would happen, yeah on every mmo but it been 5 days still same shit happening and i only got to play weekend ffs and thi sweek havent been much for me log in it been 2 weekend hat i hardy can play

10102 on both Malboro and Ultros servers. This appears to be a running joke, now. I've stopped trying to log in during 12:00 PM (noon) to 12:00 AM (midnight) EST -- it's near impossible. I've gotten a few hours in past midnight. I'll be amazed if this problem resolves itself by Monday the 9th (when the 'free trial' expires).

Same with me, happened to me all day yesterday and again this morning. Didn't even get 3 hours game play this whole weekend!

They better give everyone a free month if and when they fix the server issues. Giving like a week or two doesn't cut it. People have been extremely inconvenienced and frustrated by this. a 7 or 14 day "cookie" is like a slap in the face for our frustrations. All a 7 or 14 free day "cookie" does is return time that was stolen from us, it doesn't address or compensate for people's frustration. So in a way 7-14 days would be like no compensation at all. So they better do better than that, like a free month at least.

What the hell..... From one error to the next.

Receiving this error on Goblin now, joined duty finder to help a FC member and got 90000'd as we entered Halitali, can't get back in after getting into/out of the queue I get a loading screen then 10102

Connection with server was lost. Error 10102.

I've had no issues logging in other then server being full, until today.

Went to load into a dungeon, and got "Connection with server was lost."
Ever since then, every time i try to log in i get the error...

Fustrating, just got all my friends online together today, finally, and now this.

Just had the exactly same problem : joined Garuda with Duty Finder, got 90000'd and now 10102 :/
