CE items and advance items are here

I didn't get any codes, not even my helm of light, where my brother who got the ANZ edition got his -_- how and when do I get these? I got my mog cap and stuff for ea though, so I guess something's working

Whats the purpose of it, really? Most of my chars dont show up.

it seems to be working though - friend of me has the same issue with not showing chars on mog station, Set he just got his preorder items on all his characters anyways. So I suppose it will be the same for CE items (if we finally manage to get these codes to work)

i bought digital CE upgrade from SE store and the codes i got are invalid. says they have to be registered to account from same region. my account is NA and the codes are NA region. only response i have from SE is in reference to 1017 error, wait longer to log in.

Still nothing here from SE EU and it's almost midday :(

Mog Station also says that I can upgrade to the CE, which is what I bought? Maybe because I had an original copy and bought a CE on top of that?

Ummm I had the items in my moogle delivery mail only after I clicked take all there was nothing in my inventory and when I checked minions,mounts whatever nothing new their just my Legacy chocobo mount.I signed out and then logged back in still nothing so I exited game.I have to ask how come SE can't make anything so simple ....simple!

What of the ones that bought the PSN digital CE? I only got the cap and the cait sith. No helm of light or coeurl mount. And the veteran rewards?When will they be released??

I Bought the Digital CE from SE aswell. Still haven't gotten the items in the mail and says no Characters on Mogstation

I had a legacy (1.0) standard account and bought a CE anew (not upgraded). I have already registered my Early Access on top of the 1.0 account but I see nowhere to enter my digital SE activation code (for PC). My account just shows up as Standard although I bought the CE digital from the Square Enix store and received my CE activation code this morning by email.

Could someone help out? Thanks in advance!

Still no email from SE and it is 7:00 a.m. EST -- 4 hours past when this thread says the codes would be sent out.. O.O

I just got an email from customer service stating that the PS3 CE codes should work now. ^^

Ok I am extremely confused here I got the promotion code for PS3 that doesnt work but where is this other code people are talking about that I am supposed to enter in the mog station?

umm no I received the Light Helm,but can't find the other items like mount and companion

I guess it's all just really confusing for everyone right now, including myself. It's 8am est and, from what I understand, we're supposed to receive a separate e-mail sometime today with our CE codes in and a link where to register them. My guess is we'll get it sometime today, just not the minute we wake up. I ordered the digital CE from Amazon.com and entered my pre-order/early access code but that's the only e-mail I've gotten so far. I have to work today so I'm just hoping that by the time I come home there will be an e-mail waiting on me. Naturally I'll be stalking these boards to but I think we're just waiting on a new e-mail to come sometime today.

Thanks for the info on Promotion codes Silve but can someone please tell me what code I enter into the mog station and where I can locate this code cause all I got in my CE box was the promotion code? >_>;

I ordered the CE for PC from SE and still haven't received anything.

Same thing as most everyone else. I haven't received my PC CE code, and I don't have a character on Mog Station. I bought the digital edition from the SE store. Are the codes being sent out a different rate? Is there anything to do about this issue? This is really frustrating.

I looked at my account at the mog station and there was an item called "magitek photocell" in my bonus item list along with my preorder and CE items, i wonder what it is

Enter the PS3 from your account management on your PS3 or thru the PS3 store under redeem codes.BTW good luck I used my code and it's just showing the 5 loading bars.It excepted my codes and then nothing and it's been 30 minutes.

I also pre-ordered the collectors edition from the SE store also the day after it was announced even though i'm a Legacy player and still haven't received the physical copy of the game(I like to have the actual Disc)but they sent a tracking code that just lets me download the beta.To be honest nothing SE does shocks me it's blunder after blunder anyone pre-ordering any version from SE should have received their physical copies of the game days before launch to install and then only have to update on launch day.

So I preorder from amazon and payed 49.99 for the digital download (CE version). Logged on last night and only received the moogle cap and cait sith doll. I have been running through forums trying to figure out the problem. I'm at a loss... I hope they resolve this porblem quickly :/

server status says they online and now when i try to login again i can see the servers .. before i got the "Unable to update NA/EU server list"

So according to dev emails for those who purchased ce from SE store would be sent out via email starting at 12am pst. Well I haven't received mine yet..so are they being staggered. A little more clarification plz..This is early access registration all over.

I'm getting a little nervous, having the passing of keys starting nearly 6-7 hours ago and I still haven't received mine yet.
I hope everything gets fixed sooner rather than later and that I receive mine by the end of today.

Pre-ordered my digital CE from gamestop, never emailed me my preorder code, so i went back to the store the other day and asked them what was up and they just gave me a pre-order code, But now it appears they gave me a regular edition code. I still have yet to be emailed my digital CE code. Anyone else having same problem from them?

Remember when you downloaded and installed the Gamestop app? You should now see a new entry under My Games. That is where you get the new code.

Same here, really not looking forward to jumping through the CS hoops to get it all sorted out. Played FFXI for 9 years so I know how frustrating it can be to deal with Square Enixs CS.

Ok, at least I can confirm that characters not showing on mog station isn't a problem for receiving items. I got my preorder bonus items through ingame mail despite mog station not showing my characters. Haven't tried the CE code yet, but am optimistic I will get my items once PSN finally accepts my code.

i have SE digital download why hasnt SE sent out the CE order numbers . all i get is this (collectors items are included with digital code) bull sh@!, where is my code. the 4x5 or w/e code it gave me at start is invalid to the mognet someone explain

UPDATE: So i've been following MMO-Champ forums along with the ones here and discovered something. A poster on MMO-Champ said just look up your order and use the key from that. So I went to www.findmyorder.com located my order and there is a msg at the bottom of the order

So I went to Mogstation used my Serial Number That was located right below the "Unlock Code" And it recognized everything "Collector's Edition" 30days free sub, ect ect.

It's asking me for a password. I tried to recover whatever the password was and it doesn't send the recovery email.
