Runtime Error

My roommate had let me load the game onto my computer to try. I never had the error AT ALL while playing on his account. I bought my own game, paid for overnight shipping, received it yesterday.

The first r6025 didn't pop up for about six hours, and then became more and more frequent and timed closed together to where, eventually, it was every twenty minutes and I just got frustrated and gave up.

I'm trying a few different solutions to see if they bear fruit and will reply here if they do. However, I also agree that a dev or mod should reply to this. If it continues to happen with me, I can't say I will be renewing my subscription until a solution has been found...

second time today...first was in ifrit hm......second i just got back in and was "return"ing to lominsa and crashed as the port started

I get these Errors frequently too, i just notice it's 99% of the time after i changed a Map, sometimes it works out but... well i can see the Error coming tbh
Shortly before the Error appears the game acts up, Questlist doesn't load properly, Npcs need some time to appear and the most 'funny' till now...
I fall through the Map in Limsa Lominsa xD i was on my way to the Arcanist Guild and suddenly fell through the Bridge into the Water, had to pay 100 Gil to get back up by using Teleport xD

I logged in and after about two and half minutes I got the run time error. =.= Forget it affecting whether I want to play or not, I just CAN'T play because I keep getting this error...

yep hit teleport to dragonhead from old gridania near company box just now

Getting this crash at random points in the game. afraid to even play let alone come back in and it crashes again.

I am getting this same error. Have been for days now, a fix would be nice.

I also, with little hope, did a clean reinstall of FFXIV on my computer and still got the error, of course.

My big thing is, if this is a coding error or programming error in the game itself, then why isn't it happening to everyone. What, specifically, about our computers is causing it to call this viral function that isn't being called by ALL computers who run this game?

Even a reply from a Moderator would be nice so we know it's being addressed atleast :"[

/bump for a reply from someone that this issue is going to be resolved. I cannot play the game outside of an hour at a time because it will lock up and give me a Runtime error and then tell me the game has stopped responding.

Started playing on a lower populated server. I played for 13 hours straight (yea, yea) and leveled from 1 - 21 without it crashing once. (knock on wood) This leads me to believe this issue is stemming from server population.

Three of the lower population servers (low for this game at the moment anyway) are Zalera, Mateus, and Brynhildr. I would most certainly welcome feedback from anyone else who gives this a try.

If this is indeed the case, then my suggestion to Square Enix would be to put in a few more new worlds as well as looking at their programming and code for character and player loading and population.

Still getting r6025 error a few times a day, so bumping for great justice.

Still getting this ridiculous error for three weeks now. I even did a full wipe and reinstall of my PC. Still getting the error.

could feel it coming.. the npcs and monsters not appearing.....the feeling something bad is about to happen...and bam my mount falls into the tree i was crossing to get up near haukke manor in central shroud....then the chime of the windows error message as ffxiv:arr crashes to desktop...with the game has stopped working text box...yay....goes good with the 3 times i was kicked out of the game with the 90000 error that belive it or not i never had before....i always had the 1017 or the 2002 error

Thought I fixed my issue, after doing all C++ libs, but it seems it has come back to haunt me again. Clueless about any fix, after trying basicly I could do.

Deer peeps of SE: can you FIX this !@#$ issue? It is getting annoying dropping through buildings, getting r6025 at the most strangest times and places. :(

had it 3 times this week.. , yes always when changing zones or teleporting.
I's not a graph driver issue.. since all drivers have the problem , no matter what brand card or driver you use

What the heck, Square Enix, fix this already!!! Does this thread have to get to 100 pages before you acknowledge our strife!!

guys try this solution framework 4.5 installed after using windows uptade for all the updates and try to play

I'm so glad I'm not alone. I've been getting this error since I started playing in Early Access. I typically get it at least once day when I play, usually a few minutes after the first time I log in. Error, game crashes, I log back in again, and don't usually see it again for a few errors.

I'll post my system specs later (I'm at work atm), but really, I cannot say how glad I am that I'm not the only one with this problem!!

I'm really interested in why only some of us are getting this error as opposed to everyone getting it.

I just started getting this runtime error yesterday... is this how SE fixes high traffic servers... i wonder... can't do bosses since i keep getting booted. Didn't get it in betas or the release.

Went most of the week with maybe one or two errors (been mostly crafting and gathering) now it's Friday and seems alot more people are online, 4 errors alone in the past hour just mining in North Thanalan.. Finally give up and port to Limsa to craft and forget about mining, error again soon as I use the atheryte..

Erred out again. I'm standing by my theory having to do with high population in zones and such, since I started seeing ALOT more people right before it crashed.

Went back to North Thanalan just to check it out again.. While running to the Cobalt spot to mine I got the error again.. Waited 10-15 mins before trying to log back in and R6025'd while on the loading screen after character select.. Guess I won't be doing anything this weekend...

/bump.....this just happened to me riding in South Shroud, I had JUST finished a FATE, mounted, and was riding to the Quarrymill when my game froze up and gave me a runtime error.

its actually gotten worse, for this week is was maybe once a session, in the last 30 minutes it was 4 times

Mine has not resolved, but has improved greatly since moving servers. I sometimes get the error once a day, and sometimes not for a few days. Usually when it does error out, there are alot of people in the area so I stand by my theory of it having to do with population and such.

Please, SE, hurry up and fix this.

This is just getting ridiculous now.. I either get error 90k and 2002 or R6025.. Can't play for longer then 30mins it seems tonight without something going wrong..

Mine is Radeon HD 7500. I was using Windows 8, and I noticed my RAM/Memory usage went up the roof whenever I was playing FFXIV. I changed to Windows 7 and I'm not getting any runtime errors, but I'm getting the infamous 90000 error every now and then. Lucky me!

Happens to me multiple times a day, always right before I reach the place I'm running to. This is pure programming problem. This error has nothing to do with hardware, or my installed software. This is a KNOWN bug since 2010 and they still haven't fixed it.

same here, but i'm starting to get this error after last 10 hours maintenance.
this is hopeless, after error 1017, 90k, now this.
