I had this exact same issue. Unfortunatley I tried everything including contacting Square-Enix. I eventually begged Amazon to let me cancel it and grab a different EA code. Because you got it through SE though you'll have to go through them. X_x - Good Luck

Live Chat and Customer support is worhtless on this issue, I was on the phone and queing for text chat and either can do ANYTHING, and once they found out they couldn't help me that hung up on me, jerks!!!! I am so pissed right now I may just cancel my pre-order all together.

PSA: If you got a PS3 EU code and need a NA code customer support said that to keep trying to redeem your codes on PSN because their fix will enable you to redeem your codes on there eventually.
I've browsed through the thread, but can't seem to figure out exactly what's going on. I imagine it's because nobody knows, but I thought I'd ask anyway:
There are still delays getting the emails with the early access codes?
I pre-ordered the PC digital CE download (through SE site). Got the immediate confirmation of purchase and the serial number, registered my email to receive my early access code, etc. Have not receive any word of it yet. I even scoured my junk folder just in case it went there.
Early Access is in 2 days, I am getting antsy~ Should I just wait it out assuming they're working on it, or should I be contacting somebody about this?
PC, not ps3 here.
I also Pre-Ordered the pc digital Download from SE site , i got my code and all so i registered it on my SE account , it showed FFXIV was registered but now when i log into my SE account , the game isnt registered anymore so am wondering what is going on ??
My original email that told me to sign up for notification gave an 18 digit code. I never got an email saying it was time to use that code, I just went to the na pre-order site and put it in anyway. I got a 20 digit code from that site, but it was EU not NA. Still haven't been able to get a proper NA code.

I have been trying to think about this logically.
I think the reason for no offical word is that the SE offices are closed atm.
Everything we are putting out there now, I think the moderators will make an email up for SE, when then will have to be translated, looked into, translated, then relayed back to the moderators, then updated in the forums.
If I am right, then we will be looking at a good 18 hours response time from SE on this matter.

Things I learned:
1. You can only play Early Access on the system your code was created for, even if you own a license for both
2. If you have gotten the ARR CE and do not have the 1.0 CE you will not receive the CE items until you get the code with the physical copy (or a separate code sent on the 27th for those of you who bought the Digital version).

So after taking forever to get through to Square Enix I finally talk to customer support long enough for them to tell me my code was invalid and I should go to gamestop and get a new one. So I did. Redeemed the registration code and got new early access code. Go to put it in my Ps3 then got error code. Stating that ps3 has locked up for trying to put my other early access code in too many times :mad: Now I have to wait 24 hours for unlock to just try and see if the code I got actually works. This has been the biggest trouble I have ever had with any game I have ever played. So hence to say, if the shit don't work tomorrow evening, then I give up for the early release and just take it as a loss. Its not worth stressing out over......but it is very aggravating....
Has anyone gotten a second 20 digit code in an email after registering? I entered my 18 digit code yesterday and then the 20 digit code that was given on the next page. Then today I get an email with a different 20 digit code, even though my game already shows up properly registered. Trying to enter the second 20 digit code I get Code Invalid error.
Sounds like many pre-orders going back since SE's current stance is that you only get early access on the platform you redeemed the code unless the other platform has legacy status (thus granting that platform early access). The odds of this being changed before Saturday is close to nil.
I still have no Early access code i pre order through the SE euro store and still nothing and se support did not help =/
How do I know where to pre-order the game, from EU shop or NA shop, does it matter for the EU server that I am in, does my client is related to a region?
I received my pre-order product codes for NA the day I purchased the CE digital from gamestop app on the pc. Registered product codes then received the 20 digit registration code after that. Received the SE email to the email on my SE account this morning. I have my launcher updated as of today with the message to wait til early access to play. I do believe I am good to go.

Also, is there still no way, shape, or form to check if you do indeed have early access on the PC?
