R0's and lineups?

logged in, poked a wolf...server error..

Finally got in for the first time since event started, stayed in 5 mins or so then all of a sudden i was booted immdeiately. No r0, no message, no nothing...just a black screen and eventually went back to title screen with timeout.

Durandal seems dead to me. I didn't want my last memory of Final Fantasy XIV 1.0 to be a red connection symbol and a blue box pretty much telling me I've been kicked out of the server. Oh well, I suppose.

So junk. Tried sneaking in thru the Black Shroud, kicked. I still can't help but feel that the Datacenter operations team is completely oblivious on how to run a large-scale offering such as an MMO, much less an event that invited all players to participate in. It's no surprise, and it's definitely discouraging. If this same datacenter team is running 2.0, I'd rather sandpaper the asshole of an alligator in a phone booth.

Thank you :) I was feeling more than bummed thinking that I won't get to see/participate in the final event of a game I've loved so much when this brightened my day. So thank you :)

I havent been able to get on in a hour lol

I was able to get in for about 5 min, all I saw was a bunch of imperials and wolves. If there is a final CS hopefully they post it somewhere where we can watch it.

Ok, if this 'final event' is just more of the same mob spamming that we've been fighting, someone let us know so those of us that stayed up late or woke up in teh middle of the night can just go back to bed.

If we're not missing anything unique, let us know so we can stop clicking Accept and Start.

If we're going to all get a chance to see whatever the final event is, let us know so we can stop being frustrated.

If, on the other hand, there is going to be some unique in-game only content, then SE needs to provide us with a way to view that content since a large amount of us are unable to log in.

If SE is going to make this available to everyone, freaking tell us so we can stop being frustrated and say "Oh, well ok then" and go about our business with something else.

I imagine it's just like the attacks in the cities....just in Mor Dhona instead. So meh, w/e.

To be honest, yes, it is just a huge bunch of us killing trash imperial mobs scattered around the area as if they were the normally spawning mobs for that region. Hasn't been anything worth worrying about missing so far.
