Nobody cares about the archive, its just a desperate crusade to witch hunt somebody because they think chaotic pf is toxic. If the community actually want to jump on this and keep harassing me over it for years to come then i wish i had these peoples problems lol.
so they're actually dealing with this? cause i haven't seen a single thing removed?
You can see they did remove at least one post.

Or maybe people deleting posts count? The tags are funny.
Posts deleted by mods won't be shown with that icon. I noticed a lot of posts removed when my single post was gone, since there's an icon on the thread to show if you've posted in there, that's how a lot of posts have been pushed back. Stuff like certaing statistics.
Guys I'm running out of popcorn. Please send help.
Did you add text to my message...? Good lord.
Hildi content is "take a break" content? Was it not literally required for the last set of relics? Relics, which everyone seems to agree is part of casual content? Why do you get to determine what everyone finds difficult or not? I don't think you are the objective source on everyone else's overall enjoyment of other content.
Apologies if I did... a new Japanese place opened up near me so I was just chilling on my phone while enjoying a really good donburi, and one of those drinks with the ball that you pop.

Damnit that's where that text went! Yeah I lost that post and had to rewrite it. Guess that's where I lost it.
Fixed it now.
Sorry! Yeah having words out in one's month is not nice. Accident though.
I'm not putting up a forum post to have them improve the forum engine. I want them to focus making casual content as good as it used to be. (Most forums have the same 'vulnerability' if you want to call it that, to be fair)
Oh and "good lord" why is one having an opinion of one's own 'dictating' anything to anyone else. If someone else one day tries to argue shit tastes good I will not be feeling the least bit of pressure. You do you. Please.

Again undeserved apologies for the quote screwup
Damnit un'reserved'
While I usually like Hildibrand quests, collecting 1500 tomestones for 3 items per weapon tier was not my favorite. It was the most easiest relic weapon series BY FAR, it unfortunately felt cheap.
Usually relics required more effort on our end and you get some feeling of accomplishment when you get the final weapon tier. Look at the steps with the previous series in comparison to the Mandervillious. You earn tomestones passively by doing hunts, roulettes, treasure maps, etc. I don't really feel a sense of accomplishment by doing these things, earning tomestones were always a bonus to what I'm actually after, and I definitely didn't feel any accomplishment when I got my weapons to their final forms. I got them because I simply played the game.
Yeah, Hildibrand definitely is take-a-break content.
The EW relics were an insult. That's like removing the savage raid and pointing the hardcore players towards the normal raid thinking they don't notice the difference o.ô
hi xenosys
While I didn't agree with the change either, this is comparing apples to oranges. The relic grinds do not require skill. They require patience. They're old school MMORPG tedium. They're not even remotely difficult. They never were. They simply ask you for a lot of your time.
But they at least gave you the idea you were doing a variety of things according to some plan that would have some narrative connection to your relic weapon getting more and more powerful with each step. The EW relics were more like, "Oh, every time you hit 1500 tomestones from doing your dailies, trade them in for the next relic step." It was a total non-event.
EDIT: Addendum; Maybe it is just me, but for the sake of immersion I would even rather buy into some crazy grindy anime trope like having to hit a training dummy with the relic weapon a thousand times as a Stage 1 thing (like those, "perform a thousand sword swings until you understand the fundamentals" training memes), than just getting the next stage whenever I have 1,500 tomestones and a quick talk-to-npc quest.
I think OP is the first GNB player I've ever seen go beyond a Double Down.
