The question is what can SE even do? Parents are in the best position to monitor and prevent such encounters that they deem inappropriate. Just watch your kid around the clock.

Yeah it’s just kind of funny to me. People praise the devs so much and are against mods so much yet these are the same devs and game that literally has this underage girl strip naked for the entire fight. But i see very little uproar about that.

Despite their blatant criticisms of things they consider abysmal and morally wrong, they still pay for stuff in the cash shop, maintain their subscription and so on.

When I called out someone for this their only response was

- 'There's nothing else to play.'

Seriously, I play this game with out having sexual fantasies about pixels. Eh, this doesn’t ring much to me. It isn’t the players fault really for this. Blame is entirely on the devs and should be expressed evenly so. I don’t expect people to unsub because of it, i’m merely calling out the double standard of people always praising the devs for everything they do, but turning a blind eye to horrible gross choices like the Ryne shiva fight.

Do you view a Greek or Roman statue as sexual if it's half naked? Most view it as art. It has nothing to do with the Art that is in the game this has to do with sexually created mods that are not something that was created by SE. I hope SE comes down hard on all mods because of all of the folks trying to justify it in this thread. We are back on topic now. See.. this thread is about Mods. I'm talking about people supporting the game despite decisions they believe the developers made that - from their perspective - sexualizes or exposes certain characters in the game.

Me? I don't care about pixels. This is about people who do.

SE don't need to do anything extra really, at least for now. If at some point SE consider their brand is at risk they might go scorch earth and actively hunt down "things" they don't want happening in their game. This is more about certain parts of the community in need to stop thinking what they are doing is allowed and go back to keep it under the rug. Same as with using ATC.

I have to admit, it's also the first I'm hearing of people criticising the devs about Eden Shiva. I didn't even realise she was changing outfits in normal mode until someone else told me. To me it just looked like a very blindingly bright oh crap turn around moment.

The transformation is fairly obvious in the Savage version. At least after running it 50 + times, it's something that can at least be vaguely noted.

I just watched the fight again and no where in there does it show Ryne naked.

Are we talking about the Shiva outfit being on Ryne?

If you think that's too much you may want to stay away from your local mall. The local trend for my city is young females wearing yoga clothes everywhere they go, which leaves little to the imagination.

The block feature exists. Profanity filters exist. Nude mods are not visible by people who do not have them isntalled. Get off twitter and go outside.

Imo there’s a difference between killing off scions, aka grown ups, and sexualizing an underage girl. But priorities i guess? It’s moreso the principles. Even if it’s somewhat blurred, they still have the notion of her obviously stripping, with an entire look away mechanic, and then a dragon swooping in to wrap around her body and showing more exposure. I’m just saying it’s funny people yell about mods, but don’t address this which the devs put in.
