Suggestion - Gender equality "Battle Stance", "Victory Pose" and weapon idle emotes

Why are you just focusing on drg here? And even then how does what the emotes looked like in X version effect us HERE? We want access to both in this game, not FF4. And speaking of focusing on drg, much as it's my top one, look at the other jobs, of which we should be getting more of in the future to compound the issue. This is not JUST asking for one or two jobs, we are asking for ALL OF THEM.

And as others have pointed out: this is not about adding brand new emotes. People have not been asking SE to add more flair to current ones either. It's not a thread about changing how they work outside nixing genderlock. We are not asking to add an intimidation/skipping merrily/whatever you can think of emote here.

If that is what you want, you are free to start a thread about it. I think there is an emote suggestion thread where your ideas would be warmly welcomed, actually. We are not here for that though.

I have post and start a lot thread with suggest I have not been silent about my ideal. SE has used some of my ideal in the games

I made quite few suggest there and through the forum I not unknown to devs in my suggest

I post suggest about a new dragonling companion or companion about expand companion system use dragonling with trust building system

through many in my fc consider the forum a troll hang out zone as doing many ffxiv players

This has probably been posted multiple times already but drop the Gender Equality mess and I'm on board. Don't need that in my game, in my face, or literally every where as reasons for things. Just say you want it and be done with it.

Anyways... I'm on board with using both poses. I won't but if others want to, let them.

No, every single class is important to this thread.
Since the beggining we were talking about all the classes, not just DRG and DRK. It just happens to be that a lot of people really want male DRG and female DRK idle weapon stance.

Where are you getting that it's one of 'the most important'? It is not, and neither is darknight. It's what was honorably mentioned by a few in thread (myself included) and you ran with it. If you look at the ratio of EVERY OTHER JOB played in game vs drg and drk, I'm sure we'll see some startling numbers. We want all of the jobs to share the unlocked battle stances/etc, not just one or two.

Kindly stop excluding them, as it feels like you're steering the topic away from the OP's. You're making it seem like we're asking SE to just change drg and drk, which no one here has been doing.

You've posted your ideas in other places? Ok. Go post these emote ideas in those threads? Or keep countering with 'but SE should make X emote I've been wanting instead!', I guess. Won't change us asking for it.

But, yeah it'd be cool to be able to choose between...let's say the DRK male battle stance vs female. Bc they're both super cool!

the different between them is the female is hold her sword to ground and the male is use a cloud stance which both use for victory stance of Cloud through, there only a small difference in the stance

the reason I post here is because I don't believe what your ask for is reasonable or will be a waste of dev resource and time

I don't know about you but putting a sword on the shoulder VS sticking a sword into the ground is a pretty huge difference to me.
Asking to simply apply existing animations (probably with minor adjustments) and give us a switch is unreasonable? I don't see why. We just want something that would make our FFXIV experience more enjoyable and it's not like we're asking for a bunch of brand new emotes.

Can't edit the title - otherwise i would. Did not expect the amount of Triggering over a term which is just used in the context of gendered emotes. But well here we are still.

It doesn't trigger me it just I enjoy this discuss.

my reason to suggest other emotion simple is to offer other option for you all to consider an alter emotion where you could get behind. I believe in positive altertives

you could called it alternative way you get what you want

I love this thread because it's pretty much "I love the gender equality options you speak of, but don't call them gender equality because it makes me angry and I don't need that political stuff in my game"

Basically "I like gender equality, but I hate gender equality"
