Housing Census!

Have my fingers crossed i can snag a medium in the Goblet on Balmung but with how full our server is...yeah I'm not holding my breath I'll ever find one and get to it first.

As of March 11th 2019, Nothing is available on Midgardsormr.

Can I get a refresh on any of these? Gonna go ahead and make the jump to be in place for crystal before the surge. Also if any of you know any cool FCs that would be awesome too!

Right now, for Crystal data center I think Goblin is the one with most small plots available since it's not a preferred world. I don't have an alt to see Shirogane on Goblin so here is an update for some of the Crystal servers.

The biggest small server has...

2 Smalls. Both are on cooldown and have multiple people/Fc's in front of them waiting to grab as soon as they are off cooldown.

Right now is a bad time to be looking for an accurate picture of the available housing situation on the preferred worlds. With the free transfer period in April giving away 3 million gil to any house owners that transfer off world, all the available housing has been snatched up by those planning to transfer off the low pop worlds and want that gil bonus.

Coeurl went from over 600 available in October announcement to about 500 in November, 400 in December, 250 in January, 120 in February to whatever stray house you get lucky finding now.

My guess is we'll have a couple of hundred houses available once the free transfer period has ended but it is just a guess. How much competition there will be for those houses is something I really don't want to try to predict.

I think free transfers will have less of an overall impact than turning auto-demo back on, but yes - those 2 things combined make an accurate picture of demand difficult to assess. Both of those things happening at about the same time will be interesting to say the least!

As of March 15th, I am now on Adamantoise Server and nothing is available.

Any good news for the EU servers now that the free transfer period has been open for a few days? I know NA won't have anything until our free transfer period starts at the end of the month.

Well since our demo timer is not off, we kinda (at least on Shiva, which is a very full server - have to wait every day when I log on) ... we kinda had some free houses every day due to demo timer.

But last Tuesday when people moved away to other servers, many houses were free but also all filled now again. :) It's all like it used to be before the Data Center split. Like every day some houses open up, pretty much.

When they add the 2 new EU servers, there's probably even more to expect. :)

8th April Ragnarok server has a few small houses available and a lot of recently joined players.

08 April check at 7:00 GMT in Cerberus, very few small plot open up in ARR region but multiple players camping at each plot. Advice anyone want housing stay away from Cerberus
would be interest to know how's the status of Zodiark

Louisoix still has literally 100's of open small plots, even a few in Shirogane. Mediums in Goblet, rare elsewhere.

As of 0226 CDT April 9th, there is 1 small available in Mist on Famfrit. All other wards in all other cities are full.

The day after the data center split there were about a dozen small houses for sale in every district on Phoenix, even in Shirogane. Now we're back to one or two per day, and nothing in Shirogane.

You're asking about a week too soon when it comes to the NA servers. We won't see things opening up until the free transfer period for NA starts next week, with more opening up in about 7 weeks when the houses of those who have stopped playing will auto-demo.

I’m real curious on how it’s going to change after the demolition starts back up and the free transfers happen. I’m guessing it’s going to be pretty exciting. ^^

As of 04/21/2019 there are 0 houses available in any housing area of any size on Famfrit. The demolition being on hold is killing the housing market. Hopefully it will all go back to normal after the DC splits and the demolitions come back.

Not doing a complete census yet but since servers came up, we've had at least 8 smalls become available in every district along with 1 large and 3 mediums (already gone to relocation). We'll definitely be seeing more today as people wake up and work on getting characters transferred to other worlds.

There is a lot on Midgardsormr, but "This plot of land is not yet ready for purchase." and at least 3-4 people sitting in front of every single placard.

We've got a lot of houses available if you've got friends playing on Light data center and really want a house.

Does it look like those lots are camped? Thinking about making the jump but don't want to walk into the same battle. With my playtime, it is difficult to compete for a lot hours on end.
